Run Follett Digital Reports

There are two ways to access Follett digital content reports in Follett Digital Setup:

Select Catalog > Search Setup > Digital > Digital Setup > Reports.
Select Reports > Library Reports, and then in the "Follett Digital and eContent" section, click Follett Digital.

To run a report:

Click the button for the report of your choice.
Select any limiters or options.
Click Run Report.

The following table describes the available reports:

Report Name	Description
Circulation
eContent Usage Statistics Report	View usage statistics for Follett eContent. Includes eBook and Audiobook checkouts and views/plays by today, this month, and this school year, as well as digital resource views. Note: If you are running this report for the district, you can choose to view statistics for all schools or an individual school.
Checkouts Report	View current checkouts of Follett eBooks and Audiobooks sorted by patron. Limit the report by checkout type, patron type, material type, due date, out date and last name. Report includes date out and date due.
eContent Usage Report	View historical usage of Follett digital content. Report includes Patron Name, Patron Type, Source, Title, Date and Type (Read/Play Online, Download, Online or Accessed). Limit the report by dates, content type, checkout type, patron type and/or name. Note: If you are running this report for the district, you can choose to view statistics for all schools or an individual school.
Limited Term eBooks Report	See the current status of any limited term eBook titles you own. For example, if you own a 26-checkout limit book, see how many checkouts remain. Limit by Title, Author, Publisher, Remaining Checkouts and/or Date Added.
Title & Copy
Titles Report	List all of your Follett Digital titles. Limit by Title, Author, Material Type, Publisher, Year, Date Added and/or Category. Note: If you are running this report for the district, you can choose to view statistics for all schools or an individual school.
Invoice Report	Review Follett eBook and Audiobook titles ordered by Follett invoice number (available for titles ordered after November 2012). Includes title, author, ISBN and number of copies. Limit by date.
Time On Task
Reading Progress Report	View detailed reading statistics (updated nightly) for Follett eBooks and parent reading time. Includes date and time, reading level, reading time, parent reading time, number of pages read, total number of pages, average words per page, last page read, as well as number of bookmarks, highlights and notes.
Reading History Report	View a summary of reading statistics (updated nightly) for Follett eBooks and parent reading time by patron. Includes total number of titles, total number of pages, average words per page, total reading time, parent reading time, average reading level, as well as total number of bookmarks, highlights and notes.
Parent History Report	See the title, total reading time and parent reading time (updated nightly). Limit by date. Note: If you are running this report for the district, you can choose to view statistics for all schools or an individual school.
Reading Path
Reading Path Progress Report	See detailed reading statistics by Reading Paths for Follett eBooks, including parent reading time. Includes Reading Path status, title, title status, reading level, total number of pages, average words per page, total reading time, parent reading time, total number of pages read, as well as total bookmarks, highlights and notes.
Reading Path Usage Statistics Report	Includes number of Reading Paths, number of user groups, number of books with Lesson Messages, and number of Lesson Messages. Note: If you are running this report for the district, you can choose to view statistics for all schools or an individual school.
Subscribed Sites Report
Subscribed Sites Report Note: This report is only available in district Follett digital platforms.	View the schools in the district that are currently set up to distribute Follett digital content to and push policies to.
