Assign teacher access to instructional eBook functionality: Reading Paths, Lesson Messages and Reports

Teachers can interact with students and gain insight into their reading habits with Reading Paths, Lesson Messaging and reports.

Access to these instructional eBook features is set on the individual patron records (Back Office > Manage Patrons) using the Manages Reading Paths option. Select this option to give teachers access to create Reading Paths and access Reading Path Progress reports.

For more information on these features, see the videos and quick reference guides available in the Resource Center (http://resources.follettlearning.com/support/follett-digital-resources/training).

Users with the Manage Reading Paths option selected have access to the Reading Path Progress report, where they can run a report on a Reading Path they created. Access to all reports, including reports that give data on reading history, can be enabled in Follett Digital Setup (Select Catalog > Search Setup > Digital > Digital Setup).

If you enable access to all reports, any user with the Manages Reading Paths option selected will see the following reports: eContent Usage Statistics Report, Checkouts Report, eContent Usage Report, Limited Term eBooks Report, Titles Report, Invoice Report, Reading Progress Report, Reading History Report, Parent History Report, Reading Path Progress Report and Reading Path Usage Statistics Report.

For more information on these reports, see Run Follett Digital Reports.

To enable or disable access to all eBook reports:
